A judge in the custody case between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has ordered that the children be taken away from the pop star.
By order of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, she is to turn the boys over to Kevin this Wednesday and they'll remain with him until further notice. This effectively reverses the court's earlier decision for Brit and ex-hubby K-Fed to share custody for the duration of the custody hearing.It's still not know what the underlying cause of the order, whether its Brit's alleged driving without a license or perhaps the singer failed a court-order drug test.Reps for both sides in the case will return to court on Wednesday.The ruling, obtained by OK! says: "Respondent's oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court's prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent's ex-parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88."

Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her kids, according to TMZ. The pop princess has about 48 hours left with her two sons before they are taken away from her.
L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today stating that baby daddy Kevin Federline “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
Gordon previously found that Britney is a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of alcohol and controlled substances.
Just yesterday, Britney grabbed dinner at a Greek restaurant in Malibu with her two children — Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

its fucking disgusting that she has lost custody of the boys. I HATE K-Fed what annoys me is that when they were married he was out clubbing non stop she brought those boys up she was a single mum basically.
She finally boots him out and then he makes out he's father of the year he just wants MORE fucking money out of britney i fucking h8 him! I hope he's proud of himself taking Sean Preston and Jayden James away from their mum.
